Indian Springs Resort & Spa Calistoga operates on four thermal geysers that feed the resort's Olympic-sized mineral pool with naturally heated 37 °C water. The grounds include a second adult-only mineral pool, a Buddha Pond for post-spa relaxation, and outdoor fire pits placed around the property. Guests borrow bicycles, play badminton or bocce, and visit the on-site chicken coop and herb garden.

Accommodations

Indian Springs Napa offers geyser-view rooms, lodge rooms with private gated patios, and cottages that include two-bedroom bungalows with full kitchens. The Merchant House is the largest accommodation on property, featuring two bedrooms, a living room, and a large private yard. All rooms come with complimentary mineral water, snacks, and a steamer for clothes, and select rooms include USB charging ports on both sides of the bed.

There are three on-site dining options: Sam's Social Club, a farm-to-table restaurant offering breakfast, dinner, and craft cocktails; La Palmiere, a poolside café serving salads, Thai salad, pizza, and ice cream; and an Airstream trailer that serves Model Bakery egg-and-cheese sandwiches each morning. Sam's Social Club uses locally sourced ingredients and has a wine selection focused on Napa Valley producers. The pool bar at Chaise Lounge provides drinks and snacks without leaving the water.

The on-site spa uses volcanic ash mud from the property's own geysers for award-winning mud baths, followed by a soak in a private mineral tub and a blanket wrap. Treatment rooms offer deep-tissue massages, facials, and body scrubs, and all spa guests can access the Buddha Pond for quiet recovery time. Seasonal wellness classes include SUP board yoga, water aerobics, and meditation, all included with the resort fee.

Location & Activities

Indian Springs Calistoga sits one block from Lincoln Avenue, the main street of Calistoga, with restaurants, shops, and a Saturday farmers market within walking distance. Guests ride complimentary bicycles to nearby wineries such as Sterling Vineyards (2 km) and Castello di Amorosa (4 km).
